This wine was partially aged 64% in oak barrels of Champagne origin.

AGING
The CHAMPAGNE COLLET COLLECTION PRIVEE VINTAGE 2014 benefits from an aging of 6 years minimum, stored away from light in century-old cellars cut in chalk. Our wines are voluntarily kept longer in order to offer our consumers a wine with perfect maturity. (The legislation requires a minimum aging of 15 months). Vintage Champagne 2014 dosed at 6.5 grams of sugar per liter.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Dress with golden reflections strewn with fine bubbles.
Nose: Smoky, vanilla, with sweet notes of brioche and nut scents.
Palate: Light, airy wine of rare finesse and amazing length.
Serve chilled at 7-8 C.

FOOD PAIRINGS
This exceptional champagne is definitely a great wine of meal. It can be associated with multiple fish and it is particularly suited to poultry and white meat. It may also be surprising associated with certain cheeses.
